How Fresh Pasta is Made
There are at least seven steps to making fresh pasta.
Eggs are cracked into a volcano of flour
The eggs and flour are mixed
The mixed ingredients are kneaded into a ball of dough
The dough is rolled into thin sheets with a rolling pin or pasta rolling machine
The sheets are cut into slices or specific shapes
The shapes are boiled in salted water for a few minutes
The pasta noodles are served, often with a sauce
