Lasagna Noodles

Some noodle shapes are meant for baking.

What is lasagna?

Shape

This noodle comes in flat, wide sheets and is often layered around and between cheeses, vegetables, and meats. Some lasagna noodles have frilly or ruffled edges, while others contain ridges (also called a zig-zag) to better hold sauce. That’s our theory, anyway.
